Kevin Cullen
President

Kevin is the co-founder of Leadera Consulting Group. He specializes in the working with business leaders worldwide to produce Breakthrough business results. He has over 25 years of experience providing business consulting, training and development to individuals and Fortune 500 companies where he has been instrumental in assisting them in achieving their business objectives. He has trained and worked with leaders at every level of an organization to design, deliver and implement change initiatives to produce exceptional results.

Prior to founding Leadera, Kevin was a partner for 10 years in another consulting firm. Kevin has previously owned and operated his own consulting practice which focused on personal transformation and applied  his personal skills in the field of legal consulting. Most of Kevin’s early career was spent in training and development.  He has led courses and spoken in front of over a quarter of a million people on the subject of organizational and personal transformation.

Kevin has written several articles and professional papers on the subject of leadership development.  He is currently writing a book with a working title of

“Being an Extraordinary Leader” that will be published early next year.

His vision is that people achieve their greatest fulfillment and satisfaction by expressing their true self and living consistent with their values everywhere in their life and especially at work.

He attended school at two Southern California colleges where his focus was Political Science and Business Law. Kevin has also taught classes at DenverUniversity in Colorado. He is certified in several professional disciplines and training methodologies.


Janeice Weinand
Client Services

For more than a decade, Janeice Weinand has worked with business leaders to achieve unprecedented business results.  She specializes in performance-based leadership development and change management where communication and collaboration are essential to success.

Her prior business experience includes ten years with another consulting firm where she designed and delivered customized leadership development programs. In addition, Janeice has worked with management and teams at all levels of organizations to implement performance based initiatives. She also worked for ten years with Hillwood Development Company where she served as Vice President of Finance.  She began her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a senior auditor.

Janeice graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  She also maintains her status as a Certified Public Accountant.
